CSR Cemintel Cladding Sheet Information and Advantages

31 August 2020

CSR Cemintel Cladding Sheet is often used in facades, cladding, eaves and soffits. More often than not, the type of building structure that primarily utilises CSR Cemintel Cladding Sheet are residential housing buildings within the scope of AS4055. Aside from that, it also has no wet areas. Read on below for more information regarding CSR Cemintel Cladding Sheet.

CSR Cemintel Cladding Sheet Dimensional and Geometrical Characteristics

CSR Cemintel Cladding Sheet has 13 panel dimensions specifically 900mmW x 2400mmL x 6mmD; 1200mmW x 1800mmL x 6mmD; 1200mmW x 2400mmL x 6mmD; 1200mm W x 2700mmL x 6mmD; 1200mm W x 3000mmL x 6mmD; 900mmW x 1800mmL x 4.5mmD; 900mmW x 2400mmL x 4.5mmD; 900mmW x 2700mmL x 4.5mmD; 900mmW x 3000mmL x 4.5mmD; 1200mmW x 1800mmL x 4.5mmD; 1200mmW x 2400mmL x 4.5mmD; 1200mmW x 2700mmL x 4.5mmD; and 1200mmW x 3000mmL x 4.5mmD.

The manufacturing tolerance for such panel dimensions is at a width of   +0 -3 mm, a length of +0 -4 mm and thickness of +0.5 -0 mm. The layout options for CSR Cemintel Cladding Sheet is vertical and its jointing is in cover strip form. CSR Cemintel Cladding Sheet has a square edge profile and its perpendicularity is at 2mm per linear meter. Its typical weight for 6mm would be 10kg/m2, and for 4.5mm – 7.3kg/m2.

CSR Cemintel Cladding Sheet Features

Cemintel Cladding provides a lightweight panel solution in a most simple and traditional form. The panels are manufactured in Australia utilising a full steels process and are clean and smooth, providing a better painted finish. The panels are very easy to install with traditional nail-on-frame methods, as well as an option for a drained cavity cladding solution. It is available in a range of sizes that make it versatile in application with minimal waste.
